Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

  1. Damaged or Wilted Flowers:
    If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please notify us within 1 HOUR of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement.
  2. Incorrect Order:
    If you receive an item that does not match your order, contact us within 1 HOUR upon the receive of your order  for a correction.
  1. Non-Delivery:
    If your flowers are not delivered on the scheduled date due to our error, we will issue a arrange for a replacement delivery.
  2. Change of Mind:
    Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for orders that are canceled after the preparation or delivery process has started.

Conditions for Replacement

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Clear photos of the flowers in question must be submitted as part of your claim.
  • Flowers should not have been removed from their original packaging or tampered with.

Exclusions

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds.
  • Seasonal and promotional items may have different policies, as noted during the purchase.
