Cancellation Policy
At Foreveryours Flowers , we understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy for purchases and orders:
1. General Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellations must be made by contacting us directly at info@fyfqatar.shop or whatsapp us @77280658
1.2 Orders can only be cancelled during our business hours: 8am to 12 midnight .
2. Cut-Off Times for Cancellation
2.1 Same-Day Delivery Orders:
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- If cancellation occurs after this window, the order is considered processed and non-refundable.
2.2 Future Delivery Orders:
- Cancellations for orders scheduled for delivery on a future date must be made at least
2 days before the delivery date.
2.3 Special Orders and Custom Arrangements:
- Cancellations for customized floral arrangements or bulk orders (e.g., weddings, events) must be made at least 7 days before the event. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover material costs.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
3.1 Orders canceled within the allowed time frame will be eligible for a full refund.
3.2 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 bank working days and credited back to the original payment method.
3.3 Orders canceled after the cut-off times may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
4.1 Orders that have already been processed ,dispatched or delivered cannot be canceled.
4.2 Seasonal and promotional items (e.g., Eid Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day specials) are final sale and NOT eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. Changes to Orders
If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., delivery address, message, or arrangement details), please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed.
