1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to QATAR.

2. Delivery Times

2.1 Deliveries are available from 8AM to 12MIDNIGHT, Everyday.
2.2 Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 10pm. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.
2.3 We do our best to deliver within the requested time frame, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Fees

3.1 Delivery fees are calculated based on the recipient’s location and will be displayed at checkout.
4. Delivery Process

4.1 Deliveries are made to the address specified during checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate.
4.2 If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will:

• Leave the flowers in a safe place (if permitted by the recipient or the customer), or,
• Attempt a redelivery, which may incur an additional fee.

5. Special Instructions

5.1 If you have specific delivery requests (example

; just put on the doorsteps and take picture and send to the sender ), please include these details during checkout.
5.2 For hospital, hotel, or office deliveries, please provide detailed instructions, including room or suite numbers.

6. Failed Deliveries

6.1 We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
6.2 If a delivery is refused by the recipient, no refund will be issued.
